Refunds & Returns Policy

All Fatima Shirin jewellery is custom-made to order; therefore we do not accept returns or refunds. In exceptional circumstances where we have made a mistake or the item is faulty, we will arrange for the fixing of the item ensuring the item is corrected as per the order.
In this case please contact to discuss your particular situation and to arrange for the amending of the item.

Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping
All orders within UAE are free of charge.
All International orders are shipped using FedEX
Shipping costs are calculated according to your country at checkout.

2. Taxes and Duties
For all orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duties on orders required to go through customs. The taxes (if any) are determined as per the individual’s country and we are unable to pre-calculate these fees therefore, is completely out of our control

3. Delivery time
Fatima Shirin jewellery is handmade made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We will always strive to fulfil your order in a timely manner but due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. In most cases, pieces are shipped within 10 business days. Please email if you have any urgent shipping requests.

4. Returns
Fatima Shirin strives for outstanding customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective upon receipt please email for a repair authorization within 24hrs of receiving your order.
In the unlikely event of your jewellery being defective within a 90 day period please email immediately so that we can do our best to help you.

Fatima Shirin is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do NOT refund shipping charges on returned items.
